I was pleasantly surprise by this facility. As a new patient, I was able to schedule for my wellness visit within 1 week and the doctor did NOT cancel on me the day before (I had terrible luck with Presbyterian and Cornell Weill) ! The interior was very clean and bright. Doctor V. has great bedside manner and her staff are also very gentle during blood drawn. Their system is connected on "EPIC" via mychart - so this facility was able to review my prior physicals, vaccine records even though I did not use this facility.

My mother had an appointment at this location and due to covid she do not like going to doctors office however she was extremely pleased with the visit. The location is spotless clean and sanitized. The staff are very professional and sweet. They make you feel welcomed as if you are a close family or friend. Keep up the amazing work. God bless this practice in abundance.

Honestly, I must say this place is abysmal. I wish I could give it a negative rating. From the moment you step inside, theres an overwhelming sense of oppression. Toni Hopkins, the receptionist, demands your driver's license and enforces a strict mask policy. Her demeanor is extremely rude, and her behavior is simply malevolent. I understand that she might be having a bad day, but that doesn't excuse her from treating me with such contempt. She insisted on seeing my photo ID, even though I had my temporary ID with me. Her demeanor was belittling and she was outright dismissive of my situation. I am currently on medication that affects my cognitive abilities and makes me process things more slowly, but she showed no understanding or patience. I couldnt even proceed at my own pace due to her unkindness. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she escalated the situation by standing up, yelling, and then disappearing only to return and continue ignoring me. Ms. Hopkins, I urge you to address your anger issues. Adopting a brighter outlook on life may help you realize that everyone is unique and moves at their own pace. I sincerely hope that the staff will receive proper training on how to treat people with respect and empathy.
