Park Ridge Family Health Center at NYU Langone

The waiting time is more than 1 hour even with appoinent. The supervisor is not helpfull at all. Very poor service

I have been going to the dentist here for the past 7-6 years and it has gone downhill during the pandemic. I needed my wisdom tooth removed but needed an X-ray scan prior to the procedure since its close to a nerve in my jaw. The request to insurance was submitted and denied 3 times. After speaking with the insurance company, I am told to call my dentist but there are no more land lines available. Seriously. The phone is only to make appointments with a call center. I can not call the front desk directly and honestly I do not live close enough to go talk to them in person for an issue that could be resolved by disputing or a note from the dentist which I cant even obtain finally moving onto another clinic since administration/operations is so poor. OH but they do know how to send text messages for appointment reminders. Time for your annual cleaning! You cant even follow through with an actual treatment plan though. What a joke lol The dentist themselves are fine though. They were the only reason I kept going back! Sad to see this place go downhill.
