Covid-19 protocols very clear and the staff executed excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and spacious. The Receptionist was very friendly and attentive.

This place is horrendous. Looks like an abandoned hospital out of a horror film. Photos online are extremely misleading, and no one knows what they are doing in this building. Do not send your relatives here it is a death trap.

My friend had surgery and is getting rehabilitation at Palm Gardens. Upon entering the building, a visitor needs to register and do a covid test. Being new to the whole procedure, I required assistance, which was given by the kind staff. My friend's room is clean and lovely. During our visit, an occupational therapist came in to talk about options for my friend when she returns home to live independently again. Dinner arrived with a nice variety for my friend, who is diabetic. She also had milk, juice, and was brought coffee when she asked for it. My impression of Palm Gardens was very good. It makes me feel good about the place where my friend is getting her post-operative care.

This place is beautiful to look at but as an 1st experience for my mom to have an 10 day tour there wasn't good. The 1st day when she was placed there they decided to place an diaper on her never since she fell ill has she used an diaper. They placed diapers on the patients instead of assisting to bathroom and they don't clean or mop everyday. We decided to do her laundry ourselves and something went missing even though it was labeled. The food is awful they don't give you an choice of what you gonna eat. Then Try to convince you to let the parent be an resident. I had to let them know my mom isn't doing well here and I have to be here around the clock just to make sure she is well. But let send you an bill they damn sure sent an bill for 5,000 which was an error that they have to correct.
