Has anyone been able to get in contacts with the office for their records??

They seemed okay. Went to them a few times. I was happy with the treatment although I think they were a bit pricey. I would have given them 5 stars, but recently I went there the get my cap replaced that they put in last year (and should not have fallen out already), and they were no longer there. No one can reach them although they have an answering service with someone who has no interpersonal skills answering the phones. I have one question, why would Dr. Shrem and Cantor close down the office without notifying their patients. They have our medical records and will not release them to us. Is there someway we can take action against them. Anyway, I will be contacting the Attorney General's office as they have no right to keep our records.

Awful place!!!! Rude dentist and btw very expensive! Besides the dentist didn't see cavity on 4 teeth which were fixed at another clinic after 2 weeks:-)

I had a great an experience. Dr Shrem is very professional. Clean and organized office!!! NO waiting time. Price is not high , reliable, doctor says that he likes to use better quality lab and materials .
