        The office lost my appointment. Didn't check me in until 15 minutes after the appointment time, so I waited to be told I couldn't be seen. Receptionist wore her mask under her nose.

        Very very rude and unprofessional. While cleaning my teeth the girl had the water or substance spraying all over my face and was hurting my gums. If you are black don’t go here they do not care about us they do not care about customer service they just want our money. The dentist herself was not apologetic or redirect her staff.

        the staff is super nice- the dentists are okay. But the wait time is truly insane. I've never waited less than 2 hours (this is even with me being on time for an appointment)
