So i decided to go for my dental cleaning since I did my tooth extraction next door. The first time that I was supposed to go, they canceled on me the last minute, I said ok no problem and I rescheduled it. I had my appointment 3 weeks ago, they did the same thing, saying the doctor has an emergency. Ok, I rescheduled it again. Today, the day of my appointment she said that the doctor has an emergency. When I told her that the same thing happened 3 weeks ago, and also six months ago claiming the doctor has an emergency, then she blames it on Covid. And on top of that, she starts yelling at me. Terrible customer service with an attitude! I wont be back! Stay away from them! The front desk is terrible! You can try to call 20 times, if you lucky they might pick it up for then21st.

Worst dental office ever they dont care about patients , wouldnt even give one star , very rude specially front desk ladies , doctors are very inexperienced and dont care about pain of patient , they made my case worse all bcos of ignorance and negligence , had to go to surgeon to correct their mistreatment wouldnt recommend to anyone All positive reviews here by staff this facility should be already be closed with so many negative and mistreatment to patient

THIEVES: I have been here twice before for extractions and all went well. I recently wanted a routine and a deep cleaning for my teeth. FIRST OFF: believe the other reviews; trainers or whatever theyre called are the ones to do basic teeth cleaning. To be fair to the young lady I had, was pleasant and she followed directions very well. I ask about getting a deep cleaning which involves them using a different brush to clean between the tooth and get rid of plaque etc. A doctor came in to see me; a tall Indian lady with extrmely too much makeup. She said I would need X-rays to send to my insurance for the deep cleaning approval. A few weeks later, I received 2 denial letters from my insurance for root canal and 2 crown replacements. NONE OF WHICH WERE DISCUSSED WITH ME & NONE OF WHICH I NEEDED. To top it off, they left me hanging. They did not even call me back to tell me the insurance denied the work. I recommended 2 other ppl to them and the 1st thing they came back and told me was that they seemed money hungry. People like them are why insurance companies are hesitant to pay for things because half the time these doctors are sending for approval for things they arent even doing. THIEVES.
