Bijgekocht en ja hij deed het weer.....je krijgt geen contact met arielli mobile......voel me opgelicht!!

AT&T simkaart gekocht voor USA. Simkaart werd niet geactiveerd. Het is namelijk de bedoeling dat je de simkaart via de site laat activeren. Als ze de simkaart hebben geactiveerd krijg je een e-mail met bevestiging en telefoonnummer. Echter gebeurde dit gewoon niet. De simkaart is door Arieli nooit geactiveerd waardoor we niks aan de simkaart hadden en deze dus gewoon niet werkte. Reageren niet op e-mail of contactformulier. Telefoonnummer niet te vinden. Hebben in de USA dus alsnog een simkaart moeten kopen en hebben dubbele kosten gemaakt. Conclusie: slechte service en oplichters, koop je simkaart ergens anders

After a great experience in 2020 (5 star) I had to add another review of 1 start for my last experience with them. I received my simcard but unfortunatly it didnt worked. Since it was a simcard from AT&T (USA) I visited their story for support in orde it to work. They were able to pull up the record in the system and they notice that Arieli did bought the simcard but the payment of the plan (Unlimited) never came through. Therefor they were unable to help me with the simcard. I tried to contact Ariele, but they are saying that they always respons on emails within 6 hours but they just simply never answered. Never buying my simcard with them anymore. Just 1 advise for any toerist that wants a USA simcard, just go in to a actual AT7T/T-Mobile/Verizon store. You will be thankfull for the advise!

I go to the USA regularly and I always use the "abroad" option from my subscription. This costs 24 EUR for only 1GB of data. For my latest trip I decided to look for a prepaid SIM card and I found the Arieli Mobile site. I ordered the card and got in the mail 19 days later (postal delivery was a bit slower In December). Before my trip I activated the card and tested it as soon as I landed in the USA. On this particular trip I went to 6 different states on the East Coast and I had 5G or LTE connection all around. The internet worked great and I didn't need to connect to any wifi. I was very happy with the sim card and I will use this option every time I am back in the US.
