I can honestly say this 7 11 is if not the best in Brooklyn definitely one of the very few best in the boro. Seems the coffee is always hot and ready. The food is always available and if it isn't all you have to do is ask and the staff prepares it. The place is clean and the staff is welcoming. This 7 11 holds stronge to the 7 11 standard consumers have come to expect from the brand. Coffee, snacks, food, bargins, availablity, friendly service and yes occasionally a clean restroom for it's customers. They have it covered this far. 5 stars

The cashier was so rude on 6/16/2020 at 7pm. I felt like I was bothering her by coming in. I went in and they had no bread for hot dogs. When I asked for buns she said "Whatever is in there." She served the people in front of me and then walked away. When I ordered chicken and my son asked for pizza, she put the chicken in the bag and told me the price. When I asked "Did you put the pizza slices, she said " Nobody asked for 2 cheese slices." The customer service in this place is continually a problem but today it was ridiculous.
