I signed up for their platform and after five days that I figure it out this one work for me I asked to make sure that my membership will be cancelled so I won't have a recurring payment $29.99 a month. They found ways to not respond and it's today 7 months later they're still charging my card I'm telling me that I'm out of the 30-day period of cancellation. I asked to be refunded for all the months that there was no service provided at all and they refused. Be careful if you're not planning on using their service after they tell you that you have to apply in order for them to check your credit be aware that they might keep charging your credit card for a service that you didn't use. I am very disappointed that they kept charging my card without my authorization.
