Amazing. I am highly impressed with Xpert Construction and recommend them if you want quality work at a reasonable price. The owner Mr.Shaiful is honest and trustworthy he went above and beyond the call of duty. He also made sure my sister and I understood and was satisfied with every detail. His team works hard and does great work.

Fantastic work. I had all outside work done and it all was great. Window guys were the best! Shaiful was wonderful in helping me through the process. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. They did roof, chimney, insulatio, windows and doors. I am extremely pleased with the work.

I used their services for my 100+ year old home for a complete foundation redo! I have nothing but praise for this company
I got 3 other quotes and they were way too expensive for the same service offered. The deciding factor was a combination of a reasonable price and the ability to make monthly payments on this expensive project of mine. Also they are fully bonded and insured.
The work was completed in a timely manner and they answered all my questions and concerns. They did an excellent job.

I will never recommend this business to anyone.
I hired Xpert back in 2018 to stop an external leak into my basement. The work statement included the installation of 250 ft of concrete in addition to, the specific use of Bituthen 300, as a waterproof membrane system. I had to issue a stop work order once I discovered Shaiful , the owner, using a cheaper alternative that was recommended for door/window sills not for subsurface walls.
Further the concrete work was not done to code: was less than 4" thick; lacked wire mesh and expansion joints; was not 4000psi rated concrete with 3/8 stones and fiberglass; seal all expansion joints with self leveling sealant, and had summarily exhibited cracking and pooling after 3 months.
I have sued and gained (2) Default Judgments. However, as this proprietor is crafty I suspect I will be fighting to get back the $$$ to have the job done right.
Buyer beware of shady contracts and contractors.
