        I took my laptop to get it repaired. They performed a diagnostic in which they informed me that it needed a new hard drive. They told me to wait since they needed to acquire the new hard drive and calculate a price. I would constantly call them up to see if they have finalized the price but they would only tell me to wait more. It took them a whole week for them to just tell me, I needed to take it to HP instead. Such a waste of time! If I knew they weren't going to resolve my issue, never would've come here in the first place. I also was told continously that they would call back but never did and instead I would have to call.
