Fast and effective! Chen did a great job on my boyfriend's phone. Only took 30 minutes, we dropped it off before going book shopping and came right back. Also, we accidentally left our credit card and Chen offered to mail it back to us! So kind, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Bad experience, disorganized store. He WIPED ALL THE DATA OFF OF MY PHONE without asking me first -- photos, documents, apps, settings that I'd been accumulating over 2+ years. Did not communicate pricing upfront. Took 2-3 days to give me a diagnostic, then kept randomly increasing the repair cost and extending the repair time. He wouldn't communicate new findings, I had to call him and probe to see how it was going, to which he'd respond with something vague like "good, just give me more time," as if he hadn't actually taken a look at my phone. When I put my foot down and gave him a firm deadline the phone was magically repaired in a day. Face ID also doesn't work anymore (and I would have been fine with it if he'd told me upfront, but it came as a nasty surprise). If I knew how bad this experience would be I would've just bought a new phone. Go somewhere better.

My laptop screen broke and was worried that it wouldn't be able to get fixed. This shop was able to get everything mended in a quick timeframe! Chen is the man! Recommended if you're in the area and need electronics fixed.

I've checked prices and quality around the whole New York State for my iPad repair, and every other location was DOUBLE the price. I'm so happy that I was able to get my iPad repaired so quickly, efficiently and the quality is unmatched. Also bringing my laptop to get memory installed and they do same day service!!! So impressed.
