I needed some holes in a pair of jeans darned, and got so much more. Eric darned the jeans expertly, but getting to see the shop itself sold me on the operation. I chatted with Eric and a few of the people in the shop for awhile, everyone was very nice and extremely knowledgable. The quality of fabrics and machinery in the shop are world-class, only a few manufacturers in the world have access to this stuff. I highly recommend dropping by in person if you're in NYC.

The most important thing about a business that deals with custom clothing is the service. Fitted's exceeded all expectations. Communicative, casual, and professional every step of the way. Definitely the best pair of jeans I've owned, which was expected as my first custom pair. But in a world where there could be too many choices, Eric did a great job and providing suggestions without limiting. "Here's three denim choices perfect for an initial fitting, but of course there's dozens more options if you want to see them". I think that's an incredibly difficult sales art, and Fitted nailed it. Very happy with my jeans. They are definitely one of a kind in some small ways, and I feel good putting them on almost every single day. As someone who has a body type that isn't normally easy to find denim for, I really can't say that about any other pair I've owned.

I couldnt recommend Fitted Underground more! Not only does Eric make the best fitting jeans (which can be especially hard when youre looking for a masculine jean that compliments a womens body) but his kindness and enthusiasm for denim make the bespoke experience personable and enjoyable. As an added bonus, if you can, I suggest getting fitted in his shop - it was very cool to see where and how he works.
