    Sent me someone else's order at first. Communication was great when they needed my help. I made sure to ship it to the correct address for them and was told I would receive a free item for doing so. When it was time to receive my order, it came the day after I needed the items (I did pay for the fastest shipping speed). I was missing an item I paid for and the free item(wasn't really worried about the free item). Communication was horrible when I tried to receive the item I was missing or get a refund. I messaged them multiple times and they would ask for order # and would never respond beyond that.

    I placed the order with them on 24 February and haven’t heard anything back from them then I received an email saying that my order was completed I will not order from this company again and I will be filing a dispute with my bank so that I can get my money back because I have a receive what I paid for scam scam scam

    So i ordered a jacket and paid for the express shipping but received the wrong item! I called left a voice mail and sent a email. The only response i received was them asking me what item i received. I'm still waiting for a call or email or something to let me know how they plan to fix this situation. I work hard for my money and if this company isn't going to do anything to resolve this situation when THEY clearly made a mistake i guess I'll have no other choice but contact my attorney as well as the BBB. I mean wow how hard is it to say hey we messed up our apologies we'll send the correct item ASAP but to say nothing is unprofessional and disrespectful. I was going to order another couple jackets from them but now i have NO confidence or faith in this company. Ok so I'm providing an update. This company NEVER communicated back in regards to their error. So after disputing the charges with my credit card company I'm getting my refund. Had this company just corrected their mistake I would've ordered m multiple items again as i realize mistakes happen. But the non existent communication is a disgrace. I have already found another company who makes the same items. I've gotten 2 jackets from them already and my 3rd is coming so Thank you to JC CUSTOMS. I encourage you all to shop there as they now how to provide customer service. In regards to roserebellas I see that have a BBB grade of an "F". Which is certainly the grade they've earned.

    I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend was very excited about getting it. It came on time before Christmas but unfortunately it was too tight in the shoulder area. I contacted the company about a exchange via email and got in contact with someone over the phone ONCE. I was told I had to pay for the return shipping which was a little over $20. The jacket was returned to them in 3 days and I was told my new sized jacket would be sent if I forwarded the shipping information. I did so and didn’t hear anything back. I contacted this company every business day via email and phone. The only time I got a response is when I threatened to contact my lawyer which I had intended on doing because it is now going on February. I finally received the jacket literally last week to find they sent me the same size jacket ! I followed instructions and included my order number name and size needed and still got sent back the same size. I will be taking legal action on this business which I hate because I actually like the jacket. Response to your response : I originally ordered a 4XL I stated and emailed and text that I needed a 6XL not another 4XL and not a 5XL I wrote on the paper Constantly stated a 6XL. So your reply just lets me know you still sent the wrong size as I said. No label sizing label on the jacket or anything.
