I was very excited to try this fabric shop for the first time. About a week after placing my order I reached out to customer service and was told there has been an increase in sales and that orders can take up to 16 days. Ordered my fabric on Feb 1, 2020 and on Feb 17 still no fabric received. Not even a tracking number. After reaching out to customer service again and calling the shop I received a refund with zero explanation. No return email or return phone call. Glad to have my money back so I can purchase from a different shop and actually receive my fabric this time. I actually purchase a lot of African fabric and this is the worst experience yet.

Ive been subscribed for a couple of months now and I am very pleased. I love sewing trying different color fabrics. Never knew the actual name of african fabric before I found this site via instagram and pintrest. Anyway so far I cant complain! Shipping is FAST!!! when I say fast I mean it! The fabric comes exactly as its showin in my preview box online. So far I am pleased! I used to feel intimidated to go by in person because of the over whelming amount of fabric to choose from. But this service lets me work on styling myself at my own pace. I tried at first a normal one time purchase because I wasn't sure. Now I decided to subscribe until I see fit. Kind of just made sense anyway since I don't have much African fabric stores where I reside. Spring is coming soon, so I can't wait to probably make a nice hat or something with it. Amazing site! I ordered last week and got my fabric on this past Saturday. It's great to be able to email and talk to the company. I had to subscribe for the monthly fabric. I love it!
