I gave one star because it doesnt give you the option to give 0 this place need to re hire new management or invest on proper training their customer service is the worst of the worst, are this people not getting Interview will not support this store and This brand ever again FYI they argue with you and then dont have same bravery to give you their name

This stores professionalism is lacking. They had my friend working there for 8 hours on her first day of ORIENTATION. She was only meant to be working from 12 PM to 4 oclock. Only two other sales associates were working that day and they were doing cash register all day, while my friend was working the floor the entire time of her being there. My friend doesnt have experience in working retail so this is her first time, and they had her on her first day of ORIENTATION working the floor, folding clothes, putting away item returns, and shoes from 12 PM all the way to 9:30 PM (with NO guidance). She had to remind them to put her on break otherwise she wouldve just been working there the whole time. And she had to ask them about what her schedule was going to be because nobody was giving her the information that she needed for the job. The manager and the employees at this store are unprofessional, unorganized, and are lacking in supervision. This was UNACCEPTABLE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. They took advantage of her!!!! I will NEVER shop at Childrens Place at Gateway Mall.

Really really bad customer service. They're all so nasty, rude, and incredibly slow. There were two lady's in the register and only one of them had a open register. They were talking to each other like if they wasn't working and cashing out customers, taking her sweet time. The line wasn't long at all and even though I had to wait more then 30 minutes until I had to tell them that they should open another register they didn't and they were very rude. She told the other lady that she wasn't going to ask me if I wanted to open a credit card account with them because she knows I was going to say no, that is very rude. It's a shame that loyal customers like me that spend their money in this store have to go through this bad experiences.

Just arrived 8:28pm, trying to do some back to school shopping. Associate was at the door with keys and stated they were closed. I had to double check the hours and it clearly states they close at 9pm.
