        We have a Jewelry store and customer needed a car service. I called these guys and the dispatch took my information and before I can ask how long will it take for the car to come, he hung up. 5min later I called and dispatcher was like he’s on his way, 10min later I call back and dispatcher tells me “my drover waited 20min for you and then he left” all while my elderly customer is waiting outside my door for the car service. Never will call these guys for any clients. Horrible customer service.
