By FAR one of the best T-Mobile stores I've been to, the customer service was amazing, I initially came into the store with no idea what I was going to do, my family and I moved from AT&T and decided to purchase the latest iPhone, we were met with Mundo who helped us tremendously! the process was seamless and fast. Was literally in and out in a matter of 1 hr tops. More reps needs to be like Mundo! keep up the great work, will definitely revisit for any upgrades in the near future with Mundo!

Please learn how to respect others before doing the customer service position. The staff is rude and racist. I am willing to pay a top plan and services but the one that I receive is worthless. I ask for help and service that I pay for it. However, the staff didnt take care and fix it. He try to ignore and laugh behind me. When I ask help one more time, he tells me to contact customer service through the phone with disrespectful attitude. Also, I know what I am doing because I dont like waste time for the ridiculous thing. I already called T-Mobile but they told me to the store to ask for help. T-Mobile should train them how to serve the customers and have performance rating for them. This is a competitive industry. Hence, making a customer feel respectful if they want to keep customer retention.
