        i had a horrible experience at the at & t store on evening of 1 march at 6pm. i came into the store because my service was connected on the 26 feb but my service was not working still on 1 march. the staff refused to help me for 1.5 hours, refuse to give information to customer service who was on the phone, refused to give me a blank sim card. sent me to the fulton street, who was able to help me within 15 minutes. one of the worst experiences i have ever had. this is the staff member who refused to help me
