This guy try to charge me 25$ (after discount haha) just for the SIM card (no plan just small plastic ) !!! All place in ny can give you SIM card sprint works with boost for 1$ or free . Have a nice day 🖕🏻

Absolutely horrible customer service. I needed a new sim card for a new iPhone. Online customer service told me that i could go to the boost mobile store and purchase one for 10$. I go there and the worker there tried overcharging me 40$ for a sim card. And then he tried telling me that i can ONLY purchase a sim card for 10$ online when the online customer service agent said i can go to the store and it would be 10$ there. The worker in the store is a crook. DO NOT GO HERE.

The quality of customer service both my mother and I received was extremely poor. My mother went in to make a payment towards her cell phone bill. My mother informed representative Roberto what her monthly bill was and he undercharged her which resulted in her services to be terminated. Upon my review of the receipt, the amount that was charge was in fact incorrect. We contacted the location to obtain clarity as to what the confusion was and received no help other than a demeaning sales associate who felt as though it was appropriate to speak to an elderly women in a belittling tone. In addition to Roberto attempting to educate me that "all customer should know what their monthly bill is because it is not their responsibility to explain any details related to account", the behavior and response exhibited on behalf of this location proved that decent human communication is not delivered nor is it their intent to provide excellent customer service. Which is absolute key when working with the general public.
