        Spent probably an hour on the phone with customer service yesterday before finally being advised that the issue may need to be fixed in-person at a retail location. Went in today and they were able to solve the problem in less than five minutes! Very efficient and friendly on top of that as well.

        Ive gone twice during their hours and no one is ever there. Not sure who the manager or people working here are but theyre always in the back and the door is locked so you cant ever go in. Useless
