I went in to at&t this Saturday and I got to say the employee Named Tom was so nice and professional he helped me switch over to the new iPhone 13 and I got a way better plan then I already had. I appreciated the great service they provided. Would definitely recommend this store

I came into the store to add up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Jay was the new store manager that helped me out as the store is now under new management, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Jay when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Jay.

I went into AT&T struggling to find which phone was the right one for me. An employee named Tom really helped me however to figure that the iPhone 13 was definitely my best bet. I would not have known which route to go if it weren’t for his help. He even helped me to upgrade my family plan. I had a great experience in this AT&T and will definitely be coming back in the future, great customer service.

Good store, great customer service they know how to talk to customers well and calmly. They were nice and gave me a great deal and helped explain everything. Store is under new management better than other ones
