This is insane! I ran out of work to make sure to make it at least 30 minutes before closing. I arrived at 7:20 as you see in the picture I was still just waiting outside at 7:30 (19:30). There were so many people outside and no help. Then the two incompetent employees stated that David, the manager already left and how their closing hour changed to 7pm with no updates to the hour changes on Google or their storefront location, just the word of an employee who is just hanging out in a so called location that is already “closed”. The two incompetent employees were inside doing nothing. When they trying to give an explanation they said due to audit reasons there were no changes made on Google or their storefront, which literally makes no sense. I can confirm that other T-Mobile locations have a T-Mobile sign that confirm the change of hours and this location DID NOT. Know how to use the word “audit” in a proper sentence or say you don’t know why the changes have not occurred just yet. David, do better, train better, and do your darn job. Good luck T-Mobile cause you have one hell of a mess if this how some of your franchises are going to operate. Know how to properly update customers about such changes and respect your customers and their time. On a safety note, the employees were not wearing masks as stated in Google that they would be wearing and following such safety guidelines. Really shows how incapable they are in doing something correctly.

Just went in yesterday to get a new phone. I was assisted by Lauren, who as the resident mobile expert, lived up to her title. She had a list of all the promotions I was eligible for and did a thorough job of transferring my old phone info to my new phone. She did a nice job setting me up with a new phone case and screen saver, which she considerately installed herself. She was able to answer all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received at this location.
