HAYAT CATERING/ NYC GLATT KOSHER CATERING

I am quite surprised to see so many positive reviews about this catering service!!! I am giving 1 star because the food was edible and somewhat tasty. Everything else related to this company is a sham and whatever was promised (after paying in full) was non existent. This is a day you never get back, cannot be duplicated. It was a miracle that we were able to finally have our daughters wedding after postponing it twice because of covid. We never questioned any of the owners promises since Joseph & Eli were so nice to deal with. They basically took our $ and put together whatever was available in storage. Wrong color and dirty tablecloths and a bar that not even a frat house would have. Most of the things arrived LATE (wedding cake) which could not be properly decorated. Nobody associated with this catering company took our calls.... and when they did they would not entertain our concerns and we were dismissed. The most unprofessional people to deal with. Make sure everything is in writing or you will ANGRILY be dancing at your daughter's wedding!!!

HORRIFIC experience planning my daughter's wedding with Hayat Catering. Do not use this company - they are liars and unresponsive the second you give them money. They make false promises and then do not deliver! Stay away. If you ever decide to use them - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and make sure you get a receipt!! Horrible.
