My carpets look new again, Herkimer Carpets Care was awesome, I love the fact that we were able to put all the furniture back in an hour, the smell was a bit strong while the cleaning was going on but cleared out quickly, All in all it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them! Absolutely amazing customer service!!

Herkimer Carpets Care assessed the problem and actually proposed the solution I was thinking of so we decided to move forward, The handymen arrived as scheduled and walked me through what they were going to do, They ensured to keep the work area clean and did an excellent job in stripping the door, priming it and refinishing the front of my door, While they were here, I asked them to also look at a gap I had in my chain link fence and they were able to address that problem as well, I highly recommend Herkimer Carpets Care!

The worker from Herkimer Carpets Care showed up right on time and carefully explained how he would work.
He was done faster than expected, and our old carpet looks cleaner than other services left it.
It also dried fast.
