Super scam! There is an investigation by the NY Attorney General into them. DON'T GO. They tell you multiple times insurance will cover everything if you have symptoms. Showed them my insurance card. Confirmed with the front desk. Ended up with 2 claims against my insurance, am "out of network" despite confirming the opposite. Now apparently I owe about $300. This is with Blue Cross Blue Shield Silver PPO, for those wondering. Dissapointed.

Not even a star for me , this is just to post my comment , folks Don’t go there , they are stealing people’s money and taking advantage of Pandemic they asked me to pay 400$ For PCR and I have insurance I wonder why they are allowing them to do business . Care Cube Shame on you .

I’ve had to use the facility several times. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. The process is always fast and pleasant. Today I was assisted by Roma and Ejona. They went above and beyond to help me. I am very thankful to both of them.

Worst place ever I visited this place with My wife to make the Covid-19 test I asked the lady she working there if it’s free she said the insurance will pay for it if is active she checked the insurance of my wife and everything was perfect. After one year my wife received email that she have to pay 225 dollars because her insurance active but didn’t pay for test of 225 dollars she called her insurance they said they pay for 200 dollars but for deferent lab not the same name so we get confused because at this time they was charging 200 dollars for the test so no we don’t have any choice just to pay 225 or collections I called them twice the supervisor she didn’t wanna resolve the problem so I’m the end my wife pay the 225 dollars.

Went here for my first Covid test. They charged me 125 for it. Everywhere else I've been to since then, has been free of charge. The Department of Health says covid tests are free. These guys are frauds, do not go to them.
