I've past this place many times, so i decided to give them a try. Biggest mistake I made, I went in on 5/11/15 @11am left after 7pm. I went to get an alarm and radio installed and it took the entire day for them to figure how to. Then I asked specifically for a microphone for the radio, Mike said he that he would have it done no worries, well let's just say I left with very little confidence. Please avoid this place if you can they are very unprofessional and treat their customers as though they are idiots.

I give auto fashion a thumbs down they don't know how to conduct business and treat the costumers real bad i would advice anybody who goes their to be real careful they are not good business people trust me!

Let me start by saying this is one of the most unprofessional businesses you will ever encounter. Customer service here is terrible, they are not there to serve the customer, only to collect money. I had a fender bender a couple months back, I was given a reasonable quote for parts and labor and was told to drop the car the following week. When I dropped my car off I was told all parts have been ordered, are in hand, and ready to install. Estimated time of completion was less than a week. I called to get an update on my car as I needed it before the end of the week to drive to NJ for work. There was no answer, these people will never answer the phone, I obtained multiple employee numbers and all dodged my phone calls. I went personally the next morning to inquire about my vehicle only to find out their body shop is located outside of NYC near Yonkers, I was never given the address. In addition to this discovery, I also learned that my car was driven and not towed to that location. I told the lone worker that I would be contacting them soon. I attempted to contact the owner (Mike) and after multiple attempts I was able to get a hold of him. He told me, we painted the bumper and it has been installed, we are waiting on the headlight to be shipped. Even after he told me all parts were on hand. After 3 weeks of being lied to and avoided I told the owner, I cannot continue without my car, I would like it back regardless of the jobs completion. He told me no problem I will have your car for you. After that he went on to dodge phone calls and lie again about the headlight finally being received. After a month I was finally able to get my car returned to me without the new headlight being installed. When I received my car found cigarette ashes on my carpets, door cards, and cup holders. I found rocks everywhere inside the car as though they were at a construction site, I noticed my engine bay was extremely dirty as if it had been left unattended and opened. I also noticed my front right wheel was dented, as if my car was in another collision under their possession. Finally, present day, I just received a notice of an impending default judgement for a fine i received while the car was in their possession in Yonkers. Very unprofessional, would not recommend this so called business to anybody. Steer clear of a disaster and take your business elsewhere. No place can possibly let you down more than they will.
