    I would not recommend this place to buy a car to anyone..I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. I just bought a Madza cx-7 car from them which i regret. When I was buying a car I was told the price of the car was $18,500. But on the paper they put 21,500. When I asked why did you add this $3000. The finance guy at first told me it was my warranty which I bought in addition, Since I was buying a used car. So, I let it go. When the total of my car came out, there was a mix up and I was charged 3,000 extra than I was suppose to. I noticed this after I left the dealership, so i called them back with in a half hour of leaving from there. I argued with the finance guy over the phone and he still didn't explain where that $3000 came from. So, i went back and told him to do calculation in front of me. that's when he tells me that the $3000 is "DEALERSHIP FEE"! DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THEM. Trust me you will save more buying somewhere else.

    I was reluctant to bring my wife's car here for service after reading some of the negative reviews. I used to bring the car right after I bought it back in 2005 and never had any issues. The car was smoking from the rear exhaust for no apparent reason after a routine oil change. My local mechanic couldn't find anything wrong but I wanted to bring it to the dealer for a little peace of mind. Edwin took great care of me. I had agreed to pay a $230 diagnostic fee regardless of whether or not they found anything wrong. Long story short, they seemed to have found the problem (hopefully!!) and Edwin worked with me so that I only had to pay an additional $16 on top of the agreed upon diagnostic fee. He even threw in a tire rotation at no charge. Finally, the manager, John, saw that I was waiting for the car for more than a couple of hours and offered to buy me breakfast on them. A great experience overall and I appreciate the efforts of both John and Edwin.

    The customer service at the Giuffre Hyundai dealer located at 8904 5th Ave Bklyn, NY 11209 is the worst service i have ever experienced in my years of searching for a vehicle in NYC. I literally waited patiently for atotal of 4 hours without any feedback from the manager on duty at the time. i walked in the dealer at approx. 4:30 pm and physically walked out at 8:20 pm after being told my financing was still pending. I had filled out all required paperwork, verified my income,and was even told to secure insurance, even though i was not purchasing the vehicle that same day(funds unavailable until the following day)the manager insisted on me getting insurance. All the while, never going over numbers, never discussing the the financing and never being informed of anything until i became persistent. I was putting a down payment of at least 13K and was made to feel as if i was invisible and as if my sale did not matter at all. I was also humiliated, disrespected and felt discriminated against. I was there for a purpose, therefore, once i started the process i decided to stay and wait patiently. A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

    I was about to buy a car for cash and one of the sales rep was a lady I don't know her name she looked like a jail guard woman I don't know her name but she was the one that made me change my mind and get out and never go there again very rude unprofessional she was acting like a boss of kia motors or something If you have a choice don't go to this place
