Ny Cabinets

We started out great. Used their people to remove cabinets and install new cabinets. once the final payment was made, and there were still some small things that needed to be done, these people stop returning our calls. We called everyday over the month of January and still no one has returned our calls. Thank God we only need some minor adjustments, but what if it had been something bigger. This is just not the way to treat your customer. I referred others to this place not knowing how things would end with us. So now I had tell them to find another company. SHAME ON YOU Cabinet Factory/ Richmond Granite.For only caring about money and not satisfaction.

Love my new kitchen!! Nycabinetfactory listened to all my requests and even though I was hesitant that I wouldn't be able to fit all I want in there. Well, SURPRISE I sure did! My installer was great and made sure every detail was addressed. The price was less expensive than others that I have got in the past and I simply cannot be happier.

I had a large crack in my granite countertop and we called Ny cabinet to replace it. The installer person was professional and we love our new countertop. Also, they have a beautiful showroom.

Ny cabinets were fabulous!!! They worked through exactly the way I wanted, was always willing, with a great attitude, to make sure that I was pleased. I appreciated their attitude and work ethic. The guys were respectful and hard working. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! (and will be, now that I'm looking around the house seeing more stuff I want to do!!!) :-)

All of his workers were amazing. Their attention to detail and level of workmanship were very impressive.
