Amazing selection for serious cooks & chefs- from cow feet and neck bones to domestic and Japanese waygu, awesome dry aged selection and everything in between. Best butcher shop Ive found in any borough. Awesome service too!

I love their selections of prime meats, I always go there for their Paisano mix ground beef and other dry aged meats for my home and businesses. I've been coming to this butcher shop with my mother since I was a kid, I am now 55 and will never get tired of coming here.
