I just had the dry aged burger and chili on the side. Let me tell you. Just wow. Im pretty sure that was the best burger Ive ever had. Cooked to perfection. Impeccable. The chili was really good too. Ive ordered meats from there before to take home that were amazing too but this was the first time I ate there. 1000 stars and many, many compliments to the chef!

The service people were nice and patience with my pregnant wife and I. The "bahn morty" was a nice twist to a Vietnamese sandwich/hoagie. Of course it tasted slightly different but very good nonetheless while still keeping its original recipe.

Ends meat is the destination butcher of your dreams. Destination butcher, you say? Yes. This is a butcher worth schlepping to Industry City for. In winter. On the water. Blocks from any transportation you are likely taking to get there. It's really that good.Somehow, every dish I make with items procured at Ends Meat is just better. The beef is beefier. The pork juicier. The lamb more tender. And my dog couldn't be happier with the treats...this is a dog friendly biz with a cornucopia for your pup. Stock up for Christmas. They also have a beautiful display wall with high quality conservas (tinned fish), sauces, spices and more. You'll feel well cared for just eyeing that beautiful curated array of goodness.If you leave ends meat without some of their dry aged burgers to put in your freezer, you'll kick yourself this weekend when you need that hangover burger in your belly. It is luscious fatty burger nirvana.Time for a Park Slope outpost, Ends Meat! I hear 9th street and 7th ave would make the perfect spot. Thanks for always coming through with something yummy.
