        This company is criminally negligent and needs to have its city contract revoked. The DOE is committing educational neglect by using this company. They have no business transporting anyone, especially special needs children. My son has been assigned to this company twice and both times they wouldn't even pick him up for a week despite calls to the company and OPT. I can't even get the company to pick up the phone. They do not follow bus accommodations, they are habitually late, if they show up at all. The worst incident was when my son, who has autism and wonders, wondered off the bus while the chaperone was playing with her cell phone last year. To top it off there buses are outdated and unsafe. This company needs to go.
