      image Waited over an hour and a half for the driver and the dispatcher was horribly rude when being questioned. I told him we were stuck outside in the heat with multiple 70 year olds and he told me “don’t argue with me.” The driver told us his dispatcher told him to pick us up at 11 when we told them 9. We spoke to them at 8:50 and was told our driver would be there in 10 minutes. Yup. Hour and a half later he arrives. Terrible service. Find another who cares about their service and their representation.
