        I taught for 24 years as a NYC public high school teacher. I received my final payment of back-pay in 2021. I called because I have not received a W-2 for the back pay earnings and can't file my taxes. I was told the hold time would be 45 min. 2 hours later, I was still waiting for them to answer my call. Nothing has changed. Trying to get help at HR/Payroll at 65 Court Street was a nightmare for 24 years and it still is.
