Took my bike to get the rear wheel fixed. They told me that it needed some parts and cost. O had to leave the bike after not hearing from them for hours I decided to go there. Saw my rear wheel off but no one was tending to my bike. Waited outside in the cold for another few hours, this is when I went in an enquire if the bike is being fixed . This is when I was told that the person to fix my bike was on vacation. Now this passed me off. They knew this before hand and they had my number to call and let me know but instead they decided to be unprofessional. Not good business at all.

So, I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. I felt extremely compelled to leave a horrible review. Service (Terrible ) I had to leave my scooter overnight for the flat tire to be fixed, thought that was odd but said whatever. Came the next day to pick up my scooter. Started riding, kept hearing loud clicking noise. Took it back, inner tube not properly installed, two day later had another flat They wanted to charge me a second time even though I only rode the scooter home from the shop, as I took it out the next day, had a second flatCalled the shop and they said theres nothing they can do and have to charge me again. If you want to purchase any e-related items dont go here Theyre scammers, please go to this shop Fly-E scooters which is close by. They know what theyre doing and the service is super fast.
