        Wanted to like this place and even rode my bike out to the very inaccessible BAT and no luck. Called previously to set up and appointment and no answer...same when I visited. Try your luck elsewhere.

        I grew up in BK and every time I would walk by this spot I would shudder. Leave it to tone-deaf gentrifiers to name a spot "Behind Bars" in a hood where aggressive mass incarceration policies locked up a generation of Puerto Rican men in the 80s and 90s, to say nothing of the 1000s elsewhere who are literally "BeHiNd BaRs In BrOoKlYn." But it's all good we know the neighborhood's not for the Latins anymore!
