Indique Virgin Hair Extensions

I chose to give the hair I ordered three stars because when I first had it installed it looked great. Then when I washed and dried it myself it became a tangled. I assumed it was the products I used, but the same thing happened when I had my hairdresser style it for me again. I should not have to wet the hair every day in order to comb out the tangles. I used a bonnet, curls, a net, etc. I feel like I wasted my money.

8/19 I walked by before the store opened. The employee had just gotten out of an Uber or Lyft to open the gate. She had a plastic cup of her morning smoothie in her hand and tossed it on the ground near other trash that was collecting near a tree on the street. Who does that? You couldn't wait until you got inside your job to throw away your garbage. New York is already dirty enough if you don't have respect for where you live and work. What makes you think I want to spend money in your store? I was completely turned off and you will be missing out on my hard earned money. Clean up outside your store!

The hair is great yet not worth the amount of money for the hair . I purchased PURE straight 30”(4 bundles Plus a frontal . ) it was pricey and the hair quality was nice . I just don’t believe it was worth 1300$.

I purchased three bundles of the SEA Tahitian wave online May 29th. The hair was installed on June 11th. This hair has been a nightmare. The shedding is terrible. I reached out to customer service and while the rep has been responsive the company is offering to replace 1 bundle and give me 20 percent off the rest. I have sent multiple photos and attempted to submit a video. The hair is pattern is pretty when wet but it sheds soooooo much.
