I have the correct business. I live on the same street as this place and would never mistake it for anything else. Although your lashes will look beautiful when you first get them done this is definitely the shortest lasting lashes I have ever had. By BEGINNING week 2, (7 days in) the majority of the lashes on my right eye fell out and I looked like I needed an immediate fill on one eye. As you all know other lash techs will not work over other peoples work so I reached out to the business via phone… No answer. I then sent an email with pictures… No answer. I did not want to go through the traditional way of booking online because it requires you to put down a 50% deposit when in my opinion the business should have covered the work for free since the lashes on my right eye Began to fall out almost immediately and significantly beyond natural lash shedding. To make matters worse it is my birthday month so I just had to make due because I refused to pay for a new complete set of lashes for 1 eye when the first set did not stand the test of time whatsoever. Not only did the lashes fall out but some of the lashes were actually glued to my eyelid skin instead of my existing lashes. This turned out to be very painful. I would not recommend patronizing a business that does not respond when you send an email with pictures as evidence that their work was not efficient. I even went the extra mile to not wet the lashes in the first 48 hours so I know it was not a result of user error.

Terrible service! Terrible experience! TERRIBLE! I booked my appointment for the first time! The owner was texting me at 11 pm to confirm my booking and asking if need it this specific day…Daaaahhh! I book a service for the specific day because it’s convenient and also available on your website. At 11 pm she cancels my appointment sending me long explanations why when I booked my waxing at 10 am next day. Obviously a bad sign to get services at such a place…but because they canceled it the very last minute I couldn’t get an appointment in another place I usually go to. And I’ve decided to give them another chance, since I’m they are close to my house. And guess what? It was another mistake. The room is dark and the technician couldn’t see anything probably because she left patches of hair all over and kept saying it’s ingrown hairs when I was pointing on them. I know what is ingrown hairs and yes I do have them. But she completely couldn’t see the patches all over my skin, I asked her to turn on the light and she said it’s fine and she was doing it for 20 something years. I just told her I’ll finish it somewhere else. Left super angry, upset and in pain. Still paid for my service because I’m just bad at arguing about things like that. But please do yourself a favor: DONT GO THERE FOR SUCH AN INTIMATE AND DELICATE SERVICE. P.S. she forgot to put powder on my skin before removing hair from my butt cheeks and it hurt so much and I hope that my skin will survive this awful experience 😭😭😭 The worst experience I’ve had in NY since 2016.
