What business has a phone that just rings without a recorded message that picks up?! So this concerns me if I decided to buy an item and something went wrong after the purchase.

Six Stars!! I phoned in my order only to find what I wanted was EOL, but they had one on the shop floor. Roman was amazing and sent many pictures of the shower screen and base and then had it carefully disassembled, custom packaged and shipped to FL. The item arrived on time, in the best custom packaging I have ever seen and the item had been removed from display without a mark or scratch being created. It even came with installation instructions. Yes, the delivery company only put it in my garage but that was explained when the delivery was scheduled. No issue for me. I would highly recommend DiscoBath and Roman in particular.

My friend had told me about this place and I had to go and see for myself. Seeing is believing. I'm actually delighted about my visit and the amazing products they have there. Honestly can't wait to get my house and fully decked out with products from Disco bath. They have ton loads of bathroom essentials. I had to get a rain like shower head and installed it immediately myself. The product is amazing it works like a charm. It has hard rain fall and light shower. The staff was amazing, I got coffee while I was given a small tour of the products and all. Looking forward to buying my next item from you guys.
