        I love this salon more than I can say. I've always gone to Mark, who consistently gives me the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I have unusually thick and unruly hair, and Mark is always incredibly patient and thorough, walking me through every step and taking his time. This salon's prices are extremely reasonable and the interior is well-decorated. Can't recommend highly enough. Service: Haircut

        Haven't had a cut here, but always off-putting when someone hangs up the phone abruptly. "Unfortunately all booked up... CLICK". I suspected that friendly service was a dying art, but didn't expect this from a small salon in Brooklyn Heights.
