i dont know how this place has a 4.7 rating, I was mislead by this last year too...but I had still not received my return for 2022... I was supposed to move and wanted direct deposit, instead they opted for mail in checks and got my case fully caught in total chaos, I still don't have my return....the accountant until confronted wasn't admitting to making the mistake, and then it was "I'm human" this, that... ideally they should offer to give back the massive fee they charged for doing so little but they don't even have the grace to do that...pls DON'T go here

Very disappointed with this place after being a loyal client for years. This year was very different. No communication whatsoever and to tell someone they owe without any explanation and never filed the paperwork to begin with is just ridiculous. I was trying to get clarity on what was going on and of course they leave me in dark. I called this place twice today and no answer. I had someone else call and they picked up. Sketchy work if you ask me. Want to charge for a preparation fee with NO preparation. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
