        Highly recommended branch, as soon as I walked in the front desk was very helpful. I opened a new checking account relationship Banker Ms. Fidan helped me she was very polite, pleasant & professional, explained everything in details without rushing me. She was very patient a few things she even explained twice which wasnt clear enough to me.

        We took a point in advance for a week. We waited in the lobby for literally 10 minutes. We made an appointment with Eva Safanova. I highly recommend the manager. Everyone in the office spoke Russian, including Eva. She helped us open two debit accounts, set up the application, and immediately connected our virtual cards. The physical cards arrived in the mail within a week. But with virtual ones, we all calmly paid and withdrew money. Eva was very friendly and did everything quickly and well. This was the most positive banking experience I've had in a long time.
