        I had an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and they were closed. They couldn't even be bothered to call me to let me know. Unacceptable!

        Staff is great. Dr Poole on the other hand is very rude, and obnoxious. She doesn’t try to hear you out or doesn’t let you explain your situation just gives you an attitude.

        Very rude customer service. I referred a good friend to make an appointment to see Dr. Hyman, and the young lady who answers the phone gave her the third degree for being a first time patient. Complaining about having to input new patient information. Personal frustrations do not need to be expressed towards people seeking medical assistance. My family and I have been going to treat and release for 7 years, this will be reconsidered.

        Dr Poole was very rude and unprofessional the staff is very rude as well I will not be returning Dr Hyman is the best thing at the office but is extremely busy
