        This place has gone downhill over the last few years. I used to love it, but now every time I order from here (at least the last 5 times), something is missing or the order is incorrect. Today they forgot the lox, so I paid $17 for a bagel and cream cheese. I know they took my order correctly because the lady at the counter repeated it back to me and asked what type of cream cheese I wanted with the lox, so they werent paying attention when they made it. Not going back here anymore.
