Owner yells at employees in a demeaning manner. He seems stressed all the time. That kind of vibe doesn't scream "come back for our ok bagels and sandwiches". Not my favorite bagels in Greenpoint and I usually visit out of convenience.

I STOPPED BY TO GET A BAGEL AND BOTH MEN AT THE REGISTER DIDN'T GREET ME WHEN I SAID HI. THEY BOTH LOOKED ANGRY AND SEEMED BOTHDRED WHEN I ASKED FOR ICE. ONE MAN WAS HEAVY SET AND OTHER WAS YOUNGER BUT KEPT ROLLING HIS EYES AT ME FOR ASKING FOR ICE. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. SUCH A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD BUT SUCH UNHAPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I used to shop at Bagel Brother's with my coworkers for years and was always pleasant service. I don't know if management changed but the service went downhill since then. customer service is rude, and very stuck up. i ordered food today with my co workers, i picked it up 25-30 min later. I walk in and the person said that they threw out my order. Nobody called me or reached out to me that they are planning on throwing the food out. Please advise i got there at 3:10pm the store closes at 4pm. there was no reason for them to throw out my food without reaching out to me first. When i walked in and asked for the food the employee smirked at me and that it. Very disrespectful workers, i will take my business somewhere else.
