Back again with a totally different experience. Bagel was perfect, eggs cooked well and bacon crispy. Really good! Quality control is gone - regularly disappoints but no real alternative nearby. Pale, uncooked bagels have decent flavor. They are fluffy on the rack but if you order a sandwich, expect it to get smashed into a cracker. Used to be a bit better - hopefully theyll get it together.

Let me be the 47th person here to tell you to avoid this place - it's simply not worth it. Save yourself the massive frustration and order from one of the 20 other options you have because this is NYC and if there's one thing we have a surplus of, it's bagels. I went here two years ago and it was so bad I didn't return until today, when I thought maybe things could have improved, but they've only gotten worse. They really just can't handle the amount of orders they receive. Whatever the pickup or delivery time tells you, it's a lie. Add 30-45 minutes to it, and be prepared to wait even longer. Communication between employees is nonexistent, and whatever systems they have in place to track orders is a failure. Unless you enjoy cold eggs on a stale bagel, go somewhere else. Greenberg's screams "spoiled rich kid's pet project that he doesn't care about as long as the money keeps coming".
