I will give zero star if possible. First, they do not repair or change parts themselves. What they do is to drive your car to other garages and charge you a high premium. I was charged $25 per tire for changing tires. Costco only charges $23 tops. Second, it is not an honest business. The pattern is that they quite a okay price, and once you make the deposit, or drop off the car, they rise the price. Overall, if you are looking for a reliable auto service, do avoid this place.

Couple things first, 1. this is a zero star rating business, 2. this place is no longer called Ferrari Auto Collision, it's now called Victor Auto. This review is a WARNING for anyone considering coming to this place for vehicle service. Just as other reviews are saying, this is not a honest business. I had my car's window fixed here recently. When I arrived, they asked about the issue and then said they could fix it immediately and provided a cheap quote. After I dropped off the car and made a deposit, the car ended up taking three days to fix and the price went up hundreds. The lady who called me to tell me about the new price quote was not even saying the same thing as the person I met (his first name is Ming whom looked like the manager), she said a lower price for the parts and a higher price for labor, however the manager Ming told me a higher price for the parts and lower price for the labor, this tells me that they are definitely playing with the price to rip off innocent customers. This is issue #1. Issue #2, when I came back after service was complete, I noticed my car window tint had a few long scratches on it, it was on the window that had the service done. I brought this issue to them, and you know what, they straightly denied they were responsible for the scratches. They lied that the scratches was already there when the car came in. That was straight out a big lie because it's the driver side window, there's no way I would not notice the several long scratches on the window if they were there before. These were new tints I just put on the windows a week ago. Only if I had taken pictures of the car before dropping off, I would have been able to prove to their face that they made those scratches! In summary, I had my window fixed for a high price I wasn't anticipated and my new window tint ruined. This is a business with dishonesty, they make the issue sound like quick and cheap in order to seal the deal, then they raise the price later. They are not responsible for any damage to your car (they have a disclaimer sign for this "proudly" hanging on the ceiling to make them feel better about not being liable for any damage to customer's car). Worst part is, they lie about the condition of your car in order to avoid any responsibility of damages to your car. Stay away from this business. I endorse my review, my last name is Gao, I had my car's window fixed here on 9/25/2019 and got charged $380 for a single window's power motor replacement.
