EXCELLENT!!!! Thank God this is what replaced the old strauss the customer srvice is polite and friendly. The mechanics are excellent clearly quality hires. Ive noticed they have THE BEST PRICES compared to autozone and a few other places in the are. Also the Store is VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED! 5 STARS!!!!

Customer service to the Max!! Thank god R & S Strauss Stores at that location is gone forever. I was stuck on Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 5:45pm with a Dead Battery outside this location. I was Greeted at the door immediately when I walked in. I was told up front all the possible things it could be. The car was taken in the shop in 15 minutes, looked at by professional mechanics, told me I had a tail light out which I wasn't aware of and keep me abreast of their findings alone the way. As it turned out it was only a bad cell in my battery and it was shot . New Battery installed and I was on my way! Honest service and reasonable pricing. They saved me a nightmare of towing my car home to NJ!

These guys were beyond helpful. Went in about a month ago with questions on a body and paint kit and they really helped me step by step and ended up saving me about 50$ worth of equipment.
