Had work done on insurance claim for my Ram 1500 through these guys and had nothing but a positive experience very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They fixed collision damage on my 2016 Ford F-150 in February 2018. After the insurance company paid the claim, Car-tone presented an additional bill that they expected me to pay out of pocket stating that there was additional damage. I presented this information to my insurance company (Allstate), and they denied the additional claim, showing the pictures taken by their adjuster. It was at this point that I realized that this company is running a fraudulent business. I took them to court in October 2018 and won a judgment with and order attached for release of my vehicle. Car-tone still refuses to release my vehicle. After a whole year of getting the "run-around" we now must go back to court again as they will not give me back my vehicle. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Michael Catona and his brother are dishonest businessmen and run a sham business.
