Just canceled my repair order from this company. The previous negative reviews of their services are dead on. I could have copy and pasted them into mine. I had to follow up multiple times for my own repair, sat around all day waiting for a fictional tech to show up, followed up again myself, and finally canceled. A huge waste of time, and an annoying amount of time spent at a laundromat instead of getting my washer fixed.

I always get amazing service when I call. The receptionist is so kind and my workers are always efficient and understanding. They are responsive and sympathetic towards any last minute emergencies. I've referred them to everyone I know. Great prices! I would 100% recommend.

Wanted to share my recent experience with this company.If there was a score 0 I would have picked that.
I called the office number and spoke with the receptionist Eileen.She told me the technician was going to make a visit on a Wednesday 6 pm.I had sold my apartment but the fridge broke the day I was giving my keys to the new owners so I had to call the new owners and have them wait for the technician.No one came.I called the owner John who told me the technician was not in Yonkers in evenings.I called Eileen once again and made an appointment for a Saturday.Slot was given for a visit between 10 am and 12 pm.New owners of my apartment waited again and no one showed up.Called John.He said his receptionist is in training.Az if it is okay that two families stop what they are doing and wait for a technician who never comes.John also said his technicians are only doing visits for buildings that his company has contract with.Of course I was not informed about that the first time I called the office or the second.John is extremely unprofessional.Holds no accountability for his or his workers actions.Has no respect to his clients or their time.Terrible service and company.Dont recommend to anyone.

Tech didn't show up on time and only arrived after several phone calls to company. "Fixed," dryer with a protruding sharp screw and duct tape until a replacement part could be ordered. Now no one answers the phone. Probably closing for good because of too many stories like this.

An unprofessional property management company hires an unprofessional vendor and guess what you get in return.....yes, Fulton Refrigeration. I should've known the outcome. My wife waited all day for a tech to arrive to find out that the receptionist never told the tech about the appointment. Complete BS and ,once again, unprofessional.
